I've stayed here many times, over the years, so I'm familiar and comfortable with it. A relaxing oasis near the airport IMO! All the basics and more, including an attractive setting, friendly and helpful staff, a restaurant and a well kept pool. It's very convenient for the airport but also, using public transport, relatively easy to get into Bangkok centre.

The location is conveniently close to the airport yet maintains the charm of a peaceful and pleasant resort. The staff is friendly, professional, and provides excellent service, making the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and provide a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in a spacious room with our two dogs and baby, and it was more than satisfactory—comfortable and accommodating for all of us. The hotel also provided excellent services for our dogs, making it a great stopover between flights. Additionally, the hotel quickly arranged a large vehicle to transport our luggage—four suitcases and two crates—to the airport efficiently and without any hassle.

As noted in my previous reviews of this property, the staff, the design and the facilities here suit me fine. I sometimes think about upgrading from.the cheapo rooms but, so far, haven't felt the cost/benefit of doing so. A few minor gripes, last time, about cleanliness and the AC didn't apply this stay and I can't think of anything significant I could fault. Although being, principally, an airport hotel, I'm happy staying here a week or so at a time.

The staff was excellent from our after midnight check in to our checkout. The restaurant was also excellent, both the staff and the food. We were waiting (a bit stressed out) for our 2 yr old Siberian to arrive from the US and the good people at PloyKhumThong made it very easy very comfortable.

We asked for a massage which they arranged for us with external masseuses, but they had a facility especially for this purpose and we were able to have the massages simultaneously. At check in the receptionist informed us that the room is very small and asked if we wanted to upgrade, which we agreed to. There is a swimming pool with a pleasant water, room is spacious, bathroom had 2 showers, nice breakfast was served (with freshly squeezed juice which was a first in Thailand). Even though it is very close to the airport and near busy street, it still managed to be a quiet oasis with a jungle feel.

the staff was excellent, I was driven to the airport for a small fee. It was very early and I felt bad but they took me and I was very happy with the service. The food was great at the restaurant located on the property.

After 18 hotels around Thailand this was the most comfortable and best value for money. The staff give a high quality of service and the restaurant has exceptional food. The beds are awesome and the most comfortable I found in Thailand. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

It was more than I expected, it is a little bit out of the city and near the airport which makes this place more quite. The room is okay and good to stay in, the pool is good and the garden is beautiful. they served a good breakfast and the staff were nice.

Close to airport easy to get taxi AND not rip you off.. choice of many meals ..other restaurants a walk to the main road 7 minutes..bed comfortable room good size tropical appearance is nice and pool are nice to, i think excellent value for money

It has everything. Comfortable rooms for an incredibly reasonable price. Lovely open restaurant. A beautiful pool. And the best staff anywhere. Always helpful, always smiling and very happy to do a little bit extra.
